Beat this heat with water melon & mango salad treats.
1/2 medium sized seedless watermelon
1 big mango
finely chopped fresh mint
freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
1 tsp lime juice
Use a fruit baller to shape equal sized rounds of watermelon & mango. If you don't have one, cut it into one inch cubes in a bowl take watermelon balls & mango balls, lime juice, mint, black pepper . Toss and mix it well Serve immediately. Kritika's cuisine..
Heat a pan add oil (optional) on a medium flame add diced mushrooms & saute untill it leave water , cook on low flame till water has evaporated now add salt , chilli , coriander leave , oregano and mix all ingredients well .. keep it a side mean while .
Apply ketchup on one side of a bread slice.
On another slice, apply butter ( optional) now place mushroom mix ,Gently close the bread slices without the contents falling off. Toast it on tawa till bread turns brown or u can make it in sandwich maker or you can grill it for 5 minutes /
Cook till the bread surface turns golden brown. Serve it with tomato ketchup .Kritika's cuisine..
Bindi / okra200grams diced
Onion finely chopped 2 medium
Tomato chopped 2 -3 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1teaspoon
Kashmiri chili powder 2teaspoon (or according to ur taste )
Turmeric powder /haldi 1/2teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Oil 2 -3tablespoon & to deep fry bhindi /okra
salt as per taste
Green coriander leave chopped for garnishing
Wash bhindi / okra in water & wipe with a kitchen towel now diced into 1 or 2 inches pieces. Heat a oil in a pan and deep fry or shallow fry the bhindi / okra fry till they are completely cooked. And keep it aside .
Heat 1 table spoon in a pan add ginger-garlic paste, and onions chopped .
Saute until aromatic, onions gets soft and golden in colour
add tomato cook it for 5 minutes or until tomato leave the oil.
add turmeric, coriander powder, chilli powder , gram masala stir it for 2 min
,add bhindi / okra &salt mix it well .. (if masala is dry then you can add 1/4 cup of water to it) . Cook on low flame for 5 min minutes. Garnish it with coriander ready to serve Kritika's cuisine..

Maida - 2½ cups
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 2 cups
Butter - ¾ cup (170 gm), softened
Yogurt - 1 cup, room temp
Hot Milk - ½ cup
Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp
Tutty fruity - 1 tbsp ( optional)
Chocolate chips - 1 tbsp ( optional)
Preheat the oven @ 180 C, 10 minutes before baking.
Sift together maida, baking powder & soda bicarbonate.
Beat softened butter, powdered sugar, hot milk, yogurt & vanilla essence together till light & fluffy.
Fold in the sifted flour ,greace the tin with oil /butter pour the mixer in tin. keep in preheated OTG at 180° abt 30 to 40 min depends on otg keep checking after 30 min / untill the toothpick inserted comes out clean .
